What is Google Analytics?

googleanalytics

Google Analytics allows you to track everything about your site including visitor behavior, conversion rates, and even social media activity providing you with data about how people interact with your site.

How does Google Analytics work?

Page tagging allows Google Analytics to collect data about individual visits to a website.

What kind of data are available on Google Analytics, and what can you do with them?

You can see how many people visited your website, how often they came back, and how long they spent there.

This data helps you understand how users behave on your website.

These data can be used to improve your website and optimize its performance.

Should you use Google Analytics?

Google Analytics is free, while most other solutions cost money – so yes, in our opinion you should be using Google  Analytics.

Good Reasons Why You Should Use Google Analytics

  • Google Analytics helps you to track the performance of your website
  • Google Analytics gives you detailed information about your visitor including demographics, location, device type etc.
  • Google Analytics helps you understand the conversion rate of your site and how much money you will earn if you sell products/services through your website.

Is Google Analytics free?

Whilst paid versions offer advanced functionality the free versions of GA include most of the basic features you need. So unless you require the more advanced features it is FREE, yes.

Paying for the premium version (Analytics 360) gives you access to dedicated support, including your own account manager. This alone can make the subscription fee worth it.
