If you use CML Design Web Services to help manage your social media accounts you will use a website called Trello where we will set-up a unique workspace just for your business that will contain post suggestions along with any images you can use with your posts.
The workspace will allow us to collaborate on each planned post by adding comments etc where needed.
Use the calendar view to browse the monthly schedule or revert back to the standard BOARD VIEW in order to browse post ideas by category of which there are 6 main ones.
🟡 Engaging Posts
The main aim of these posts is to encourage follower interaction through a like, share, comment etc.
🟢 Promotional Posts
Ultimately your aim of growing your social media following is to promote yourself and these types of posts should do just that. Post details on any special offers, promotions or just advertise new/existing products & services! You will note that we only use these types of posts every few days because you need to break your post schedule up a bit in order for them to be effective.
🔴 Misc/Fun Posts
These are OFF TOPIC posts to boost engagement by posting something a bit different – whether that is in the form of a joke, an inspirational quote or interesting fact.
📔 Educational Posts
Educational posts are generally off topic too but we decided to give it a dedicated category for scheduling purposes.
🔁 Content Sharing
Perhaps you found a post or news article on another website or think someone else’s social media post is worth sharing? You can share it directly without adding your own comment but to add extra value perhaps as your readers a question about it.
