If you’re just getting started with CONTENT STUDIO it can be a bit over-facing at first so we’ve decided to break it down into sections so you can quickly learn just how much time can be saved by using the tool properly!
The first section I would like to introduce to you is the INBOX. This is where the tool collects all your DM’s from all your connected profiles allowing you to easily view, organise, allocate and respond to messages without logging in and out of various profiles. Never miss a social media message again!!
1 – The INBOX navigation menu
2 & 3 – Your messages (you can sort and filter them however you prefer)
4 – Assign the messages to different team members if needed.
5 – Mark messages as read/complete or view the original message on the social platform it was posted on if you want.
Of course, there is also the main content area (the area with green boxes) that displays the actual message itself!
