How To Create A New WordPress Post
If you are looking to drive traffic to your website it is important you regularly update it with fresh, quality content! If you have a website built on WordPress one of the methods of achieving this is via Blog Posts and I will talk you through creating a new post (prefer watching rather than reading? - Login to your admin dashboard
- In the left-hand menu navigate to POSTS > NEW POST
- Type out your post content remembering to give it a useful title/subject and featured image (if you’re using one) [right-hand side]
- Select a category or create a new category for your post [right-hand side]
- Click the blue PUBLISH button to set it live, presuming you have already checked the content for errors etc [right-hand side]
Next: Once you have published your new post it’s time to share it by email and social media etc.
